The start of my favorite part of my sketchbook--pretty much everything after this point (unfortunately, I'm just about half-way through the thing) is really good and I actually like to look at them often.
11-4-08I like this one because when I got bored of all those gestures, I started abstracting them--my first true effort to expand that part of my skill-set

11-6-08Another set of abstraction exercises, put to work with logo-style trees and simplifying pictures of weather systems, a red-rock canyon scene and a picture of a sandstorm.
